Thorn is my old team’s side-project, meaning that we worked on this after hours. Thorn is a beat ‘m up rpg, working with a lot of collect, craft and upgrade mechanics.
Thorn is currently playable with a Nordic warrior, the main mechanics are focused on exploration of the map, collecting enemy/monster loot and crafting/upgrading your armor/weapons with the loot. Every monster has specific loot and features which will be inherited into the crafted/upgraded weaponry or armor.
Thorn isnt planned out at all and is more a development sandbox then a real project. When we feel like doing something else or want to work on something different or new we work on Thorn.
